How does it work technically?
3CX is configured as a SIP trunk with your telecom operator (Liwa, Tigo, Twilio, etc.)
Direct Routing is enabled in Microsoft Teams, pointing to 3CX as the Session Border Controller
Teams users are assigned an extension and can call external numbers directly from Teams
Incoming calls are distributed by 3CX queues and arrive at the agent's Teams client
